Over the years Garrett has been successful in several different fields including, but not limited to.; Residential and Commercial Construction and Remodeling, Real Estate Sales, Restaurant Ownership (4 Locations at one point), Custom Swimming Pool Designer and a multitude of Management, Controller and Consultant positions.  He now concentrates most of his efforts towards the growth of his Internet Sales and Marketing Business and his eBook Sales and Marketing Business and has recently Authored his second ebook "Real Money Surfing".  If your a friend or family member of Garrett's, you know he doesn't do much "sitting around"!

Most of Garrett's efforts are concentrated on working full time at his successful Internet Marketing and Sales business but, recently he's returned to Real Estate.  The Real Estate market is literally 'booming' in Northern California, and with his prior background in Residential and Commercial Real Estate in the early 80's in the Washington DC area, he plans to "move up again soon to a newer larger house" so, why not do some 'dabbling' in the local real estate market!
